Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Customer Relationship Manager (CSR Partnerships) to lead and nurture corporate relationships, drive CSR collaborations, and ensure successful partnership outcomes for Atomo's educational initiatives. The ideal candidate will be skilled in stakeholder management, communication, and impact-driven storytelling, playing a key role in bridging Atomo's vision with the CSR goals of our partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with CSR heads, corporate foundations, and institutional partners.
  • Develop and execute CSR outreach and partnership strategies aligned with Atomo's educational impact goals.
  • Prepare and present impactful CSR proposals, pitch decks, and partnership plans to potential and existing clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage end-to-end client communication — from onboarding to reporting and impact storytelling.
  • Create customized CSR engagement plans, proposals, and progress reports to align with partner objectives.
  • Support content and communication development for CSR initiatives, case studies, and impact reports.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and drive business growth through strategic collaborations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in CSR partnerships, client relationship management, or strategic alliances.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver high-quality proposals and presentations.
  • Passion for social impact, education, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a result-oriented mindset.
