Sansera Engineering Limited is an engineering-led integrated manufacturer providing complex and high-quality precision components for the automotive and aerospace sectors. We primarily supply to original equipment manufacturers in India and internationally. Our range includes precision forged and machined components essential for engines, transmissions, and other systems in various vehicle categories. In addition to the automotive sector, we also cater to the aerospace sector, off-road vehicles, and other non-automotive applications.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our newly established Customer Relationship function. The successful candidate will be the voice of the customer, responsible for gathering critical, first-hand feedback from our top clients and translating those insights into actionable strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Establish and maintain regular, high-frequency engagement with our top-tier customers.
· Gather and document comprehensive customer feedback regarding product performance and service delivery.
· Systematically discuss and disseminate customer feedback internally to relevant stakeholders and senior management.
· Drive and monitor the implementation of required corrective and proactive actions based on customer insights.
Qualifications:

Education:
Graduate (preferably Engineering) with an MBA in Marketing or Customer Relationship Management.
·
Experience:
12 to 15 years in marketing or customer relationship management, preferably in a similar industry.
·
Attributes:
Must possess a pleasing personality, excellent communication skills, and a strong flair for meeting people and building professional relationships.
·
Preference will be given to Woman candidates.
