Position Overview
We're looking for a
dynamic, people-first Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
who can bridge the gap between
sales strategy, client engagement, and post-sales success
.
You will play a key role in
building long-term partnerships
, driving
customer satisfaction
, and
contributing to Atomo's growth in the EdTech ecosystem
.
This is a
hybrid role
combining
Pre-Sales, Sales Enablement, and Client Relationship Management
— ideal for professionals who understand how relationships, strategy, and technology together drive impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with school administrators, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and align them with Atomo's AI-powered classroom solutions.
- Manage the complete
sales cycle
— from lead generation to product demonstration and conversion.
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to create impactful proposals and presentations.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure
smooth onboarding and implementation
post-sale.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
- Drive
renewals, referrals, and client satisfaction
through consistent engagement and performance tracking.
- Conduct
market research and competitor analysis
to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Represent Atomo at education events, exhibitions, and CSR networking forums.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with school leaders, decision-makers, CSR heads, and institutional stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, satisfaction, and alignment with their institutional goals.
- Conduct regular review meetings with clients to evaluate product performance, gather feedback, and ensure continued engagement and retention.
Sales & Pre-Sales Leadership
- Identify new business opportunities in the education sector, CSR funding ecosystem, and institutional partnerships.
- Lead product demonstrations, presentations, and strategic discussions to showcase Atomo's AI-powered solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical and product teams to design customized proposals tailored to client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in
Sales, CRM, or Business Development
, preferably in
EdTech / SaaS / Technology Solutions
.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer success.
- Ability to understand and explain technology-driven products with clarity.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
