About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain long-term client relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure customer success. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, institutions, and partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Tech, and Support) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Drive adoption and engagement of Atomo's AI-powered classroom solutions across customer organizations.
  • Conduct onboarding, training, and regular check-ins to ensure clients achieve maximum value from our products.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues proactively to maintain high retention and renewal rates.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and coordinate with the Sales team.
  • Gather customer insights and feedback to support product improvements and innovation.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools and prepare periodic reports for management.

Who Should Apply?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from customer data.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
