Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Manager at Kumari Infra Homes Pvt Ltd, located in Bengaluru. The CRM Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Key tasks include managing customer interactions, analyzing client feedback to improve services, identifying customer needs, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve the overall customer experience. Additionally, the role involves collaborating closely with sales teams, contributing to project management efforts, and segmenting customer markets to tailor engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret and leverage customer data effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients and address their inquiries diplomatically.
- Proficiency in Sales and Market Segmentation to align strategies with customer needs and business goals.
- Experience in Project Management for planning and executing customer-focused initiatives efficiently.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to dynamic requirements, and maintain customer-centric professionalism.
- Relevant experience in the real estate industry is advantageous.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
