
Customer Relationship Manager

This is a vital position where you will coordinate customer relationships, support clear and effective communication of customer expectations, and team with other departments to satisfy customer requirements.
The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be customer focused, and have a basic knowledge of the served market, products, and key performance requirements.
Responsibilities:- Coordinates customer/TE relationship
- Supports clear and effective communication of customer expectations
- Teams with Field Sales, Business Segment Managers, Operations, and other functions to satisfy customer requirements
- Creates and maintains customer orders in MRP system or provides direction for this activity to designated staff member
- Ensures compliance to Quality System for order management
- Assists in streamlining order management systems
- Works with Customer and Sales to prepare and monitor monthly sales forecast by customer and product
- Any Graduate (10+2+3)
- 2+ years of Order Management, Order to Cash, Distribution Support
- Customer focused, excellent oral and written communication
- Basic knowledge of served market, products, and key performance requirements for the market
- Ability to translate company goals to action plans for customer order management
- Basic knowledge of materials planning and order entry logic
- PC proficient (word processing, e-mail, spreadsheet, database & presentation software), ability to create presentation quality documents, ability to use MRP system, EDI system, preferable SAP/Epicor/Syteline
