Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our post-sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers across the Real Estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with assigned customer base by ensuring constant engagement and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and high service quality standards through consistency and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain records and prepare final work reports in collaboration with internal partners and middle office teams.
  • Generate demand, validate cheques, create sales orders, manage customer databases, material management, debit and credit note creation.
  • Handle Lawns & Beyond project customers, including managing their entire customer database.
  • Respond to customer queries at headquarters, ensuring 100% satisfactory resolution.
