Customer Service Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Customer Service Specialist in Bengaluru, India. As part of our team, you will be responsible for fostering long-term relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer feedback and ratings on online platforms to improve the overall customer experience and enhance brand reputation.
  • Resolve complex customer complaints in a timely manner to maintain a positive brand image and uphold customer trust.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to analyze customer feedback reports and implement strategies to improve product serviceability and user satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) costs and collaborate with relevant teams to optimize RMA processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles or similar fields.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities to effectively coordinate with various departments.
  • Previous experience in handling complex electronic products and Amazon platform customer service is highly desirable.

Work Environment

  • Office-based role in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
  • Occasional travel may be required for industry events or company meetings.
