Role Description:

The primary objective of this role is to foster a strong connection with local influencers and ambassadors, focusing on those who are fashion-forward and brand-aligned. This will involve contributing to enhanced customer value, a robust brand image, and increased sales by being responsible for influencer strategy and tactics.

In this capacity, you will work towards aligned goals, driving omnichannel sales performance and customer-centricity across all aspects of your work. Your key responsibilities include developing strategies and plans, implementing, executing, and monitoring influencer activities and engagement, including paid partnerships.

You will collaborate closely with the Fashion PR Lead and Showroom Team to build a network of ambassadors that maximizes synergies between earned and paid relationships.

  • Influencer Strategy and Tactics
  • Sales Market Strategy Development - Work alongside the PR Communications Manager to create a sales market strategy for influencers based on customer, brand, media, and competitive landscape insights.
  • Global and Local Communications Execution - Drive the influencer strategy and tactics for HM India, implementing, executing, and analyzing both paid and earned influencer activities based on global and local communications and marketing plans.
  • Agency Collaboration - Manage contact with collaborating agencies in relation to influencer activations.
  • Networking Relationship Building - Act as a brand ambassador for HM, identifying, maintaining, and developing a network of influencers, celebrities, and opinion leaders at a sales market level. Proactively work to secure earned product placements and showcase latest collections and news.
  • Follow-up and Analysis - Monitor and analyze the results of influencer activities to calculate ROI insights and measure the impact of the local strategy, using internal data and influencer data gathered by collaborating agencies and relevant systems.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management - Ensure close collaboration with the Fashion PR Showroom team to maximize synergies between paid and earned relationships.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong branding focus combined with a commercial approach, along with proven ability to drive results and work towards goals. You will need to be insight-driven and data-focused.
