Role Overview

Drive brand visibility, engagement, and growth through effective influencer partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for influencer marketing across social media platforms.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers and content creators aligned with the brand's identity.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships to ensure ROI-driven collaborations.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics of influencer campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure influencer content aligns with overall marketing objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing (3-5 years) in consumer-facing brands.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
