Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster relationships with clients to drive engagement and sales growth.
  • Analyse market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.

This role involves direct interaction with clients, associates, and industry professionals to build brand awareness and drive revenue.

Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailed understanding of the luxury industry and its products and services.
  • Ability to create a positive perception of the brand.

This includes generating and converting inquiries into sales through in-depth knowledge of our brand heritage, products, and services.

Education and Experience:

Candidates should have a graduate or postgraduate degree in Luxury Management or Marketing, or an MBA in Marketing from a reputable institution.

A minimum of 7 years' experience in the retail luxury, hospitality, or interior industry is preferred.
