High-Profile Brand Ambassador Opportunity

Sr. Brand Advisor Position Description:

  • As a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Brand Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and contribute to the overall growth & development of the Brand.

We are seeking an exceptional Brand Ambassador who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the Luxury & design industry, and the ability to create a strong positive perception of the brand.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about building long-lasting relationships with clients and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Generating and converting inquiries into sales through in-depth knowledge about Brand Heritage, journey, products, and services.
  2. Handle client feedback & grievances professionally and drive solutions to the issues when necessary.
  3. Proactive sales, cross-selling & servicing through telephone, email, and on-appointment & virtual meetings
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and contribute to the overall growth & development of the Brand.
  5. Preparation of client briefing documents and timely organizing documents required for client communication. Ensure that all interactions and communications align with the brand guidelines.
  6. Prepare presentations & keep database updates all the time
  7. Proactively identify opportunities to add value to client relationships and anticipate challenges & potential client issues.
  8. Handle end-to-end client journey from client appointments to post-delivery satisfaction and all other pre & post-sales activities.
  9. Represent the Brand in National/ International Art & Design events and private previews.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate/postgraduate degree in Luxury Management/Marketing or MBA in marketing or communications from a reputable institution. Previous experience in Retail Luxury/Hospitality/Interior Industry is preferred but not essential.
