About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand and Marketing Strategist to lead our brand's presence across key markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping our brand strategy, maintaining consistency across all channels, and driving long-term growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligning with company vision and market goals.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer insights to craft strategies driving brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Brand Positioning & Messaging:
    • Lead creation of compelling brand narratives and messaging resonating with target audiences.
    • Define brand value proposition, positioning, and key differentiators in marketplace.
    • Develop and maintain brand guidelines ensuring unified voice across marketing materials.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct regular market research and consumer analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential threats to brand.
    • Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and ensure brand's relevance and competitiveness in market.
    • Monitor and analyze competitors' branding strategies and tactics.
  • Brand Campaigns & Initiatives:
    • Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Oversee creative development, from concept to execution, ensuring campaigns are on-brand and effective.
    • Measure and optimize effectiveness of brand campaigns using KPIs such as engagement and sales.
  • Brand Advocacy:
    • Act as internal and external brand ambassador, ensuring all departments are aligned with brand objectives.
    • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to expand brand's reach.
    • Champion brand initiatives internally and ensure brand story is communicated clearly.
