At the forefront of brand success lies a masterful blend of strategy, creativity, and consumer insight. As a Brand Strategist, you will develop and execute a distinctive marketing approach that resonates with evolving target consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define positioning of the brand across diverse categories while maintaining connection to the mother brand
  • Understand and continuously track evolving consumer needs through multiple sources including research interventions
  • Cross-functional accountability and coordination with internal teams such as retail, visual merchandising, and brand projects
Main Objectives
  1. Monitor competitive brand marketing activities and incorporate changes into the marketing communication plan
  2. Track market research data and gather intelligence on competitor activity
  3. Evaluate efficiency in marketing processes including agency management, media planning, and annual brand planning
Benchmark Metrics
  • Salience in the target segment
  • Footfalls into the store
  • Consumer experience within the store
  • Customer relationship management (CRM)
Collaboration and Communication
  • Develop relationships with agency partners to build and execute communication plans
  • Finalize selection of agency partners for execution of marketing plans
  • Plan a comprehensive marketing strategy in line with the vision of the creative team
Performance Monitoring
  • Set up a tracking system to periodically monitor and provide feedback on desired vs actual brand positioning
  • Work with the creative team to define the brand personality and maintain relevance of the value dimension of the brand
