About the Role
Influencer marketing has become a vital component of digital marketing strategies, driving brand visibility, engagement, and growth. We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute influencer marketing strategies across various social media platforms.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers and content creators aligned with our brand identity.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage collaborations to ensure ROI-driven results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and other partners.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics of influencer campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure influencer content aligns with overall marketing objectives.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in consumer-facing brands.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
