• Ignite the Tribe: Turn first-time buyers into lifelong fans and fans into evangelists.
• Design Experiences: Create rituals, events, and digital playgrounds that make people proud to say "I'm part of something special."
• Create Belonging: Launch challenges, ambassador programs, and initiatives that make our community feel like insiders.
• Listen & Shape: Be the voice of the community inside our organization, shaping product, culture, and storytelling.
• Scale a Movement: Build systems and playbooks that take our community from hundreds to millions without losing the magic.

• You create cults, not just manage communities.
• You understand GenZ because you're part of the culture (IG, Discord, YouTube, Reddit, or wherever the next wave is).
• You're an idea machine and a doer—you can dream big, but also get things done scrappy and fast.
• Storytelling is your superpower—you can spark pride, belonging, and obsession through words and experiences.
• You've built communities, led brand activations, or created movements before (bonus), but above all—you're hungry to make something iconic.
