Manage Customer Relationships and Drive Revenue Growth
About the Role:- This is a challenging opportunity to manage and grow existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and deepening engagement.
- Develop strategies for expanding existing customer accounts within emerging market categories, focusing on long-term partnerships.
- Achieve revenue targets through customer retention, account expansion, and driving additional business from existing customers in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues to maintain strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a pipeline for account expansion by identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with customers to identify new use cases and tailor solutions to meet their evolving needs, driving long-term value.
- Establish best practices and operating procedures for customer retention, relationship management, and account expansion.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, customer pain points, and competitor actions that may impact current customer relationships and growth opportunities.
- 4-6 years of experience in account management, up-selling, and cross-selling, preferably with a background in Payment Gateway Sales.
- Experience in product-focused sales and an organized approach to work.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements.
- Strong business acumen and product expertise.
