Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Relationship Management Executive. This role involves managing enhancing customer experience, Engage with customers to address inquiries, handle objections, and resolve issues effectively., Billing and collection during construction progress and interaction with Loan Disbursement Banks. The CRM Executive will interact with clients, analyze data, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and on time collection
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, customer service, or a similar field.
A positive and proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships.
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) processes and support.
Basic exposure to data analytics, reporting, and problem-solving techniques.
A Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
