Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Customer Relationship Executive, located in Bengaluru. The Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong business relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring customer satisfaction, handling client inquiries and concerns, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves regular communication and visits to corporate clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Client Relations skills
- Business Relationship Management and Communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the health food or vending industry is a plus but not a must
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
