Key Leadership Position: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to assume the role of Corporate Communications Lead. This critical position will play a pivotal role in enhancing our corporate reputation, managing stakeholder expectations, and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in corporate communications, having led cross-functional teams and developed strategic communication plans that drive business outcomes. A strong understanding of crisis management, change leadership, and employee engagement is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leaders, media, and investors.
  • Design and implement internal communication programs that foster a positive company culture and promote transparency.
  • Provide counsel to executive leaders on communication protocols and crisis management.
  • Manage and develop competencies within the corporate communications team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or related field from a reputable institution.
  • Advanced degree in Mass Communication or Business Administration preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in corporate communications, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience managing communications for a listed company and leading cross-functional teams is advantageous.
