Skills:

• 12-14 years' experience as a senior communications professional, in a global and/or complex organization

• Effective stakeholder management and project management skills

• Excellent English-language skills - written and verbal 

• Ability to understand and align with brand guidelines and brand voice

• Ability to create communications with minimal / some supervision 

• Experience in executing communications in partnership with senior stakeholders 

• Go getter, with an eye for detail and laser focus on high quality of deliverables

Responsibilities:

• Understand organizational goals and strategy, and work with the Chubb India Corporate Communications leader to help deploy the corporate communications and brand management strategy across the organization

• Elevate and enhance the organizational brand value by implementing the PR strategy - supporting senior management media interaction, content creation and press releases as needed

• Promote the Chubb brand through optimum use of social media channels (corporate handle and leader handles) 

• Support key internal communication initiatives by creating / editing communication content and templates 

• Evaluate effectiveness of various communications channels at Chubb, and suggest measures to improve their reach and impact .
