Corporate Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Specialist to assist the Corporate Communication lead in various corporate communication initiatives.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and a basic understanding of social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting drafting, formatting, and publishing internal communication materials.
  • Assisting with employee engagement campaigns, leadership messages, and intranet content.
  • Coordinating townhalls, leadership connections, and awareness drives.
  • Providing logistical and creative support during internal events.
  • Monitoring corporate social media handles and tracking engagement metrics.
  • Drafting posts and coordinating approvals with relevant departments.
  • Reporting and documenting communication activities and analytics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior experience in corporate communications, marketing, or content roles is an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms.
  • Good organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet timelines.
