Job Title: Senior Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager/Senior Manager – Corporate tax.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Corporate Tax Professional to join our team. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the direct tax compliance, litigation and consulting work for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of income-tax/withholding tax returns;
  • Handle income-tax assessments/appeals;
  • Provide expert advice on income-tax and regulatory matters;
  • Assist with tax planning and strategy;
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships;
  • Manage a team of professionals;
  • Stay updated with the latest income-tax regulations and changes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in income-tax compliance and advisory with 5-8 years relevant experience;
  • Experience in handling income-tax assessment and appeals;
  • Expertise in income-tax planning and strategy including cross border advisory;
  • Ability to interpret and apply complex tax laws and regulations;
  • Experience in managing a team of professionals;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Professional qualification like CA or lawyer;

Work Environment:

The office is located in South Bangalore and the candidate is expected to work out of office location at least 2-3 days a week.
