About the Position:

This is a senior role within Corporate Communications, responsible for assisting in various corporate communication initiatives.

Your primary responsibilities will include drafting and publishing internal communication materials, coordinating events and media, managing digital presence, and maintaining records of communication activities.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and basic understanding of digital platforms. Prior experience in corporate communications or marketing roles is an added advantage.

You should be proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to take up new challenges and tasks. Additionally, you should have interest in corporate culture, storytelling, and branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Communication: Draft, format, and publish internal communication materials (emails, newsletters, announcements), assist with employee engagement campaigns, leadership messages, and intranet content.
  • Events & Media: Provide logistical and creative support during internal events, maintain archives of communication assets, photos, and video content.
  • Digital and Social Media: Monitor digital presence, track engagement metrics, draft posts, and coordinate approvals with relevant departments.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain a calendar of communication activities, provide weekly/monthly updates, track and report basic analytics on communication initiatives.
