
Customer Relationship Specialist

This role focuses on delivering high-quality vehicle finance products and services to clients in a transparent manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a consistent pipeline of applications from good quality customers who require finance for new commercial vehicles through direct sourcing, dealers, and market references.
- Effectively manage relationships with all customers by responding to their requirements in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that all documentation and information related to loan proposals are obtained in a timely manner to practice the 'First Time Right' principle.
- Actively generate and pass on leads for cross-sell products like saving accounts, current accounts, term deposits, and FASTag wherever applicable.
- Guarantee 100% compliance to policies, processes, and regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies.
The ideal candidate should have experience in used commercial vehicle finance, excellent contacts in the local vehicle finance market, and understanding of viability, vehicle types, and dynamics of the used commercial vehicle market. They should also be proficient in English and regional languages, comfortable using Excel, and able to analyze reports sent from Head Office.
Bachelor's degree in any field or MBA/PG would be an added advantage. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
