  • Migration to Digital Platform: Encouraging customers to migrate transactions to digital banking channels.">
  • Central Initiatives: Maintaining portfolio health, ensuring action on central triggers, and implementing customer service initiatives.">

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduation: Bachelor's degree in any field.">
  • Post-Graduation: Master's degree in business administration or related field.">
