Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers and prospects, virtually, to provide a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and expanding existing High Net Worth (HNI) customer relationships by ensuring quality portfolio.
  • Continuous engagement with the portfolio customers mapped as per the contact policy with accurate and complete capture of interaction details.
  • Call Handling as per desired standards.
  • Fulfilling customer service requirements and deepening relationships.
  • Creating opportunities to provide financial solutions to customers via cross-sell and upsell.
  • Aiding in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, both within a company and with new clients.
  • Seeking out new business opportunities for clients while advising them on products or services that best fit their needs.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Ability to travel as required.
