Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Experience Professional located in Bengaluru. The Customer Experience Professional will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling customer inquiries. Daily tasks include managing customer interactions, analyzing customer feedback, and working closely with other team members to improve service delivery. The professional is expected to maintain high communication standards and foster positive relationships with customers.

  • Interpersonal Skills and Customer Support expertise
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and manage customer relationships
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback and data
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment
  • Experience in customer experience or customer support roles is beneficial
