Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling Inquiries: Responding to customer questions via phone, email, chat, or social media, providing information about products, services, pricing, and policies.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigating and resolving customer complaints or problems, involving troubleshooting technical issues, escalating complex cases to relevant departments, or processing returns/exchanges.
  • Maintaining Records: Documenting customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in a CRM system.
  • Product Knowledge: Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the company's offerings to effectively assist customers.
  • Feedback Collection: Gathering customer feedback to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
  • Building Relationships: Fostering positive customer relationships through professional and empathetic communication.
