Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to take on the role of Lead Crew Captain. This position involves managing and fulfilling customer requests with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Request Fulfillment: Own and fulfill customer queries from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor when interacting with customers, responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Profile Management: Keep customer profiles up-to-date and identify opportunities to enhance their experience.
  • Coordination: Act as a liaison between experts and users, facilitating the resolution of customer queries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Context Provision: Provide relevant context to ensure that customer responses are accurate and efficient.

Working Conditions

This is a 24/7 service operating on a pre-planned rotational shift roster. Team members work 5 days a week, including weekends, with office work mandatory on all working days. The shifts are divided into three main periods: morning, evening, and late-night teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in concierge services or related hospitality industries (e.g., hotel reception/concierge).
  • Background in call center operations for premium/luxury segments or as an executive assistant (EA) for C-Suite executives.
  • Able to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a warm, professional attitude.
