Job Overview

As a key player in our team, you will serve as the central point of contact and coordinator between various departments, ensuring seamless execution of customer transactions.

  • Drive daily operational excellence by monitoring and following up on open issues, customer escalations, and bottlenecks.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by promptly resolving escalations and aligning internal teams on service delivery expectations.
  • Owning KPI dashboards, ensure accurate and timely tracking of sales and operational metrics.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of top-line metrics to identify performance gaps and initiate corrective actions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, proactively follow up, and resolve issues via phone calls when necessary.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance processes and align teams with customer-centric goals.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Experience in HORECA or fast-paced environments.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools or ticketing systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field.
