Job Title: Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Customer Experience Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for transforming the customer experience through end-to-end optimization of merchant lending on our app.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Optimize end-to-end customer journey for seamless merchant lending experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prevent support issues and reduce ticket volume.
  • Drive product and process improvements using data insights and VOC.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Business to execute scalable growth and support strategies.

Key Deliverables:

  • Identify user pain points and build intuitive digital and support journeys.
  • Analyze drop-offs and support data to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and align on prioritization of fixes and features.
  • Lead new initiatives for improving customer experience using first-principles thinking.
