Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with the entire customer base assigned, ensuring constant engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Execute planned 'wow' moments at crucial stages in the customer journey, such as welcome, agreement, and handover of possession.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality, backed by continuous monitoring and enhancements.
  • Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with internal teams for process improvements.
  • Generate demands, validate cheques, create sales orders, manage customer masters, materials, debit/credit notes, and handle customer queries.
  • Manage post-booking customer services until delivery/possession stage and collect payment dues against generated demands.
  • Assist customers on allotment of flats, registration, cancellation, bank loan issues, transfer of deeds, and bank loan processing of documents.
