Summary:

You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and delivering tailored solutions. You will collaborate closely with the external sales team, underwriters, and stakeholders to provide exceptional service and support.

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Market Research and Client Engagement: Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, and leveraging digital platforms.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and requirements.
  • Insurance Product Knowledge: Provide clients with detailed information about various insurance products, such as property, liability, health, and life insurance, ensuring they select the best coverage for their needs.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Drive sales by effectively communicating value propositions, negotiating terms, and closing leads.
  • Collaboration and Compliance: Work closely with the external sales and account management teams to align strategies and meet sales targets. Ensure all client interactions, proposals, and policies are documented accurately, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Market Insights and Feedback: Provide valuable insights and feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to help refine sales strategies.

Academic Qualification and Experience:

Required skills and qualifications include 1-3 years of experience in lead generation/ inside sales, preferably in the General Insurance or Insurance broking industry. The ideal candidate should possess effective interpersonal skills, good analytical skills, and knowledge of Insurance Brokers Regulations and Insurance Products. Proficiency in MS-Office applications, including Word, PPT, and Excel, is also essential.

Estimated Salary: ₹8,50,000 - ₹10,00,000 per annum
