Job SummaryWe are seeking an Insurance Sales Development Representative to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue by identifying and engaging prospective clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Client Identification: Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, and leveraging various digital platforms.
- Relationship Building: Engage with clients to understand their business and insurance requirements, building long-term relationships.
- Product Knowledge: Provide clients with detailed information about various insurance products, ensuring they choose the best coverage for their needs.
- Sales Performance: Drive sales by effectively communicating value propositions, negotiating terms, and closing leads.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the external sales and account management teams to align strategies and meet sales targets.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all client interactions, proposals, and policies are documented accurately. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in lead generation/inside sales, preferably in the General Insurance or Insurance broking industry.
- Interpersonal Skills: Effective interpersonal skills to communicate with diverse levels of management.
- Analytical Skills: Good Analytical skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of Insurance Brokers Regulations and Insurance Products.
- Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of MS-Office applications, Word, PPT, Excel etc.
