Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive the growth of our Small and Medium Enterprise business. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in generating leads, closing sales, and maximizing revenue through upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and provide expert guidance to potential Corporate regarding suitable SME insurance options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional SME insurance products and services to existing clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in SME insurance sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SME insurance products, including different coverage options, policies, and regulations.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, identify sales opportunities, and close deals effectively.
