Job Title: Senior Manager - Corporate SalesLocation: Mumbai

The successful candidate will possess an MBA with a minimum of 3-5 years of corporate sales experience, preferably from insurers or brokers handling corporates. The role involves understanding corporate/SME insurance products, identifying large corporates, NBFCs, institutions, and corporate brokers to build relationships, generate leads, and target identification.

  • Analyzing the risk portfolio of potential corporates
  • Risk Management, Retention, Client Servicing
  • Exploring cross-sell opportunities
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients and creating a database for potential corporates
  • Coordination with various stakeholders
  • Presentations/Pitches of corporate products to potential corporates
  • Proposing and implementing value-added services

To excel in this position, you should be adept at:

  • Understanding corporate/SME insurance products
  • Built strong relationships with large corporates, NBFCs, institutions, and corporate brokers
  • Excellent analytical skills for risk portfolio analysis
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for pitches and presentations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately ₹10 lakhs to ₹15 lakhs, commensurate with experience.
