Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Insurance Business Development Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to attract potential clients for insurance and mutual funds through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, referrals, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, addressing inquiries and scheduling consultations with sales representatives to facilitate the sales process.
  • Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking, follow-up, and reporting of client interactions and sales progress.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to client acquisition.
  • Monitor and report on lead generation metrics, including lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness, to assess performance and optimize strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance lead generation efforts and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Present insurance and mutual fund products to potential clients, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable with their choices.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and tools.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Degree in any field or related field preferred.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
