Presales Expert: Nurturing Customer Relationships
Purpose and Scope:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Presales Executive to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Outreach: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through strategic outreach and communication.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads based on customer requirements and forward them to the sales team for timely follow-up.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, lead information, and call status within our CRM system.
- Performance Metrics: Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets, ensuring high-quality performance and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to align lead generation efforts and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience: Prior experience in voice processes, telesales, or presales roles is preferred (6 months to 2 years).
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong listening and interpersonal skills to understand customer needs and respond effectively.
