Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Relationship Manager to spearhead the growth of Liabilities & Investment business from branch/retail customers.

About the Role
  • This key position focuses on cultivating deep customer relationships, identifying untapped revenue potential, and driving business expansion through sales targets.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a keen ability to analyze financial needs and offer tailored solutions.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and nurture relationships with high-value clients to drive incremental business and achieve sales targets.
  2. Proactively engage with existing and potential clients to identify opportunities for growth and penetration.
  3. Analyze customer financial needs and provide suitable products to drive fee income generation.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to Bank policies.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance overall performance.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in relationship management, preferably in banking or finance.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer service principles.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
