Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Regional Director to spearhead our Sales and Real Estate Acquisition efforts in the South region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, fostering strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, and driving business growth through innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the sales and real estate acquisition process for the entire South region, encompassing Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, and Coimbatore.
  • Nurture strategic alliances with IPCs, DPCs, channel partners, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits, sales pitches, deal structuring, and negotiations to drive business expansion.
  • Cultivate seamless transaction execution by liaising between design, projects, legal, finance, and operations teams.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain market awareness by analyzing trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business development and growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients, developers, and industry professionals to cultivate business partnerships.

Requirements:

  • 15 years of relevant industry experience in Transaction Management and Deal Negotiation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Commercial Real Estate.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial leasing expertise.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
