Lead Nurturing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Nurturing Specialist to join our team at Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE). The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or Computer Administration and relevant certifications in marketing automation or CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to guide prospective students through the academic enquiry and admissions journey.
  • Manage campaigns across multiple channels using automation tools to maintain relevance and consistency.
  • Collaborate with content, admissions, and digital teams to tailor messaging for specific student segments, geographies, and academic programs.
  • Monitor lead behavior such as email engagement, website activity, and resource downloads to identify high-intent leads for timely follow-up.
  • Design, test, and optimize landing pages, email templates, and forms to boost conversion rates and audience engagement.
  • Utilize platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar to build lead nurturing workflows, implement lead scoring models, and maintain accurate segmentation.
  • Analyze campaign performance and report key insights to inform strategy adjustments and improvements.
  • Stay informed on CRM, marketing automation, and lead nurturing trends to ensure MAHE remains digitally progressive.
