About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Accounting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our clients' financial operations, including bookkeeping, statement finalization, and tax return preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for our clients.
- Prepare and finalize financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Conduct tax return preparations, taking into account any changes in taxation laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement effective accounting systems and procedures to ensure efficient financial management.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably with small to medium-sized businesses.
- Proven skills in bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and tax return preparation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
