Sales Growth Manager for Baler Twine and Ropes

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales Growth Manager for Baler Twine and Ropes. In this role, you will be responsible for driving top-line growth and market share expansion through effective primary and secondary sales strategies.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales expert to take charge of our baler twine and ropes business in Chandigarh. You will work closely with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to expand our distribution network.
- Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted marketing campaigns to drive sales growth.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and projects.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of an MBA + Graduation degree from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the agriculture products or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Negotiation skills to secure deals and partnerships.
- Market knowledge and understanding of customer needs.
