Key Account Growth Manager

At Jasco Labs Pvt Ltd - India, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive(Only Female candidates) to join our team as a Key Account Growth Manager.
The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹8-10 Lakhs depending on location and experience.
Job Overview:This role involves creating and closing new sales opportunities by utilizing a consultative approach. The ideal candidate will have expertise in identifying and qualifying leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Main Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the organization
- Create business from new and existing customer accounts through effective relationship management
- Negotiate complex deals with senior-level executives
- Develop long-term relationships with customers and establish strong rapport
- A minimum of 0-1 years' quota-carrying sales experience
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and ability to utilize them effectively
- Demonstrable track record of consistently over-achieving sales quotas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
