About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Growth Manager to join our team at KK SERVICES.

Key Responsibilities
  • Builing and maintaining profitable relationships with key clients.
  • Overseeing the relationship with clients handled by your team.
  • Resolving client complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Keeping clients updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
  • Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
  • Expanding the client base by upselling and cross-selling.
  • Understanding key client individual needs and addressing these.
  • Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
  • Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
Requirements
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

The estimated salary for this role is around $70,000 per year.
