Sales Growth Manager

Drive sales growth in the steel industry as a Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager with 4th Orbit Business Solutions Pvt Ltd.
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team and achieve regional sales targets while driving category growth. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS businesses, with exposure to the steel industry preferred.
The salary for this position is ₹20-₹30 lakhs per annum, based on location and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3-4 members to achieve and exceed regional sales quotas.
- Drive category growth by increasing sales volumes and optimizing profit margins.
- Ensure competitive pricing and robust product availability through strategic platform management.
- Leverage data-driven insights to identify and solve business challenges effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions to align efforts and achieve business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS businesses, with exposure to the steel industry as a bonus.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage and motivate teams toward achieving ambitious sales and growth targets.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data orientation and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
