We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at WebGenius IT Solutions Pvt Ltd.
This role involves driving business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Bid on online portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, and Guru.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Generate business for web, mobile application, and software designing and development services.
- Cultivate new leads and opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strong convincing power and ability to articulate the value proposition of our services.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- Proven track record of success in business development or a related field.
The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹8,40,000 - ₹10,80,000 based on industry standards and location.
