Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Development Manager to lead our strategic growth initiatives in the Paint and Cement industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business expansion, developing market insights, and implementing effective strategies to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement market development plans to drive business growth and expand our presence in the region.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, and provide actionable insights to inform our business decisions.
  • Liaise with Large Contractors and engage them in various initiatives to promote our products and services.
  • Design and deliver training programs for skill development of end-users, including painters, civil contractors, and water proofers.
  • Implement loyalty programs and track their effectiveness in driving customer engagement and retention.
  • Lead the implementation of new product launches and ensure successful execution of marketing plans for pilot projects.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the construction chemicals industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹25 lakhs - ₹35 lakhs per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
