About the Team
The Apna team has been instrumental in shaping the company's growth story. The team has played a pivotal role in driving Apna's success, managing the funnel of SMB leads, and targeting the right clients. As we continue to grow, we are adding new members to the team to augment our existing capabilities and chart Apna's next phase of growth.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to oversee the team responsible for acquiring SMB customers, driving cold calling efforts, and closing long-term deals on the ground.
Responsibilities and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to work on time and maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Conducting a minimum of 20 cold calls per day and achieving 500 meetings per month (pro-rated for the month of joining).
- Updating all meetings in real-time on the CRM system. Only CRM-entered meetings will be considered for the day.
- Achieving a minimum of 20 closers in the month of joining, 40 in the subsequent month, and 50 thereafter (pro-rated for the month of joining).
Requirements
- Education: Graduation or 12th pass with a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
- Experience: 0-1 year.
- Acquisition experience is a plus.
- Industry preference: FMCG, Online Payment Apps.
- Key Skills: Hustler, Street Smart, Negotiation, Lead Generation (Cold Calling and Physical), Knocking.
- Bike and Driving License are mandatory.
- Team player and strong people skills.
- Ready to undertake extensive traveling.
